Here's what to expect once you place an order with Astravyra.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods (like promotions or holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed by email.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–11 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its progress from our warehouse to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries — sign up for our emails to be the first to know when that happens.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you can track it anytime from our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes can push delivery outside our typical window. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us at support@astravyra.com and we'll look into it right away.
